Three dishes from our Korean selection, designed by our chefs to bring you Korea but with a fusion of other Asian influences.
This is for delivery slot 1900-2000, serves 2
1 medium Gochujang Tofu - Korean Fried Tofu coated in a sweet, hot and sticky sauce, made with gochujang, honey and soy this sauce has an earthy and umami flavour.
1 medium Tofu Katsu Curry - A silky smooth, sweet curry sauce made from onion, carrot, ginger and spices which we find warming and restorative. Sauce served on the side of our Korean Fried Tofu.
1 medium Sweet Kimchi Cauliflower - Korean Fried Cauliflower coated in a sticky sauce that is a little bit spicy, a little bit sweet and a little bit sour. Made with kimchi, honey and a touch of gochugaru (Korean red chilli flakes).
All dishes come with white rice and are topped with pickled veg, spring onions and sesame seeds.
