Our Khinkali's feature minced Turkey and Lamb, a home blended Georgian herb mix called Khmeli-Suneli and a homemade Georgian chilli paste known as Adzhika.
Considered one of the national dishes of Georgia, Khinkali are meat filled dumplings shaped like money bags. Once the money bags are cooked, the juices in the meat filling form a delicious soup that you suck out before eating the dumpling whole.
Khinkali are a finger food and the topknot of the money bags are used as a holder and are not usually eaten.
Serve our Khinkali with sour cream dip or eat solo - your choice!
